The Service

ai-gen.datacompassai.com is an experimental AI image-detection tool operated by Data Compass AI. You upload an image; we run it through a trained classifier and return a verdict.

Beta, no warranty

The model was trained primarily on microscopy images. Accuracy on general photographs, screenshots, illustrations, and other domains is experimental. We make no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Service is provided "as is".

Not for consequential use

You must not rely on the Service for medical, legal, forensic, journalistic, academic-integrity, employment, or any other decision that affects a person's rights, reputation, or wellbeing.

Your content

• You retain ownership of every image you upload.
• By submitting an image you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of returning a detection result to you.
• Full-size images are processed in memory and are not stored. Only the result metadata and a small thumbnail are persisted — see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content, CSAM, or other prohibited material.
• Attempt to overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service. Per-account rate limits apply.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying model or its weights.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or remove access at any time, particularly in response to abuse, and we may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Compass AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
